PERSONNEL TRAINING

Personnel training is done on each opportunity that is considered necessary in order to maintain quality and security of service.
The theoretical lectures are dictated by Maintenance Division Technical Manager and/or the Power Plant Division Chief, as well as representatives from the manufacturer or the aeronautical products. The practical lectures are dictated whenever necessary so that the personnel familiarizes with knew helicopters, its components, engines and other products. Continually and according to necessity and established chronograms, we send aeronautic technicians to participate in diverse capacitating courses on Factory or Capacitating Centers specialized on the helicopters under the ratings of our workshop. In the case we want to expand our ratings for other manufacturers or models, we proceed to take the corresponding technical instructions.
