WORKSHOP

Helicenter works under strict effective operation specifications granted by the DNA.
The workshop counts with a 1024 m2 hangar, Technical Office, Maintenance and Service Departments - Helicopter Division, Power Plant Division, Supply Department, NDT Division, Mechanical, Electrical, Battery, Paint and Body sections, Maintenance Platform 1 line, Test Bench Section, VIP, Restrooms, and Dressing rooms.
The total area of the facility is 2032 m2, to which we add the Commercial and Administrative Departments and the conference Room on the upper levels.

Power Plants

Helicenter is the only Overhaul and Maintenance Center in Argentina authorized by Allison/Rolls Royce, as a Branch Office of Standard Aero Canada. We have the capacity to perform the complete maintenance plan indicated by Allison/Rolls Royce, including Hot Section Inspections (HSI) and Overhaul. This allows us to offer our clients a full coverage to their engines and to attend in this way, any warranty reclaim that involves Allison/Rolls Royce intervention. Helicenters technicians count with an extensive experience on the Rolls-Royce Allison 250 series. We have maintained and established international status in the repair market of this turboshaft.

Airframe

Helicenter works with a wide diversity of aircrafts and has the necessary resources to accomplish all the periodic inspections established by the manufacturers. We also perform repairs and overhauls of components and sub-assemblies. In addition, we perform interior and exterior painting, electric repairs, Non-Destructive Tests under ISO norms and radio and instrumental installations. We are the only MD HELICOPTERS and BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON Authorized Service Center in Argentina for all of their products.

Helicenter is also dealer of the following companies: ARTECH, dealer for Latin America for COLTEC INC.; SIMPLEX; and IAC (INTERNACIONAL AVIATION COMPOSITE) service facilities for mayor blades repair.

Components and Accessories

Helicenter has a re-work section that allows most of part-repair "in house"; reaching a high quality level. We also produce and modify special tools in order to have higher efficiency in each work, including not only airframe but also power plant. Helicenter controls a complete stock of spare-parts for engines, airframes, accessories and electric as well as standard consumable materials. All this is stocked and preserved according to strict quality norms and counts with its corresponding original documentation.

Helicenter counts with an important program of AOG supplies and attention service, 365 days a year (Logistic Emergency No.: 5411-4527-7047).

With a team of dedicated technicians and engineers located right on the shop floor, we can provide technical support to our customers in a timely manner. Our field service personnel can be dispatched on short notice to quickly provide you with on-site technical support, with AOG and technical expertise available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our extensive support assures you of quick, effective, value-added service, lower maintenance cost, improved engine performance, and the best possible quality.

Helicenter is an Independent Representative for Bell Helicopter Textron and MD Helicopters. At Helicenter support is always available, and with information being updated and technologies improving, a wide range of technical and support matters are swiftly exchanged between Helicenter and the companies we represent threw daily communication.
